Long story short: my school is funded directly by the state government, and because we are a school for the deaf serving minorities (duh), we were not subject to many of the cost-cutting, except payroll reduction due to massive State budget cuts, we still find ourselves underfunded and there&#039;s this thing where the school can decide who gets benefits or not. What the hell? That&#039;s employment discrimination if I ever heard of one. 

I could go on forever. Duncan and Obama are not doing us any favors yet.</description>
